Client Challenges

A flash-sale model lives or dies on inventory. BuscoUnChollo needs a steady pipeline of hotels willing to offer genuinely standout, limited-time rates, and the more quality hotels it signs, the more compelling its deals become for over a million subscribers. Growth, in other words, is fundamentally a supply problem: it comes down to getting in front of the right hotels and convincing them to partner.

The trouble is that reaching hotel decision-makers at scale is hard. The people who can actually say yes, owners, revenue managers, commercial and ecommerce leads, are busy, difficult to reach, and instinctively wary of yet another platform wanting a slice of their margin. Spain has thousands of independent and small-chain hotels worth approaching, but no one had ever gone after them systematically; partnerships tended to trickle in piecemeal rather than through a deliberate, repeatable outbound motion.

BuscoUnChollo wanted to change that, to open conversations with a large, tightly targeted universe of Spanish hotels quickly, prove the channel, and turn cold contacts into signed partners. What they didn't have was the cold-outreach machinery to do it in-house at the volume and quality required. That is where we came in.

Our Solutions

1. Scraping the entire market

We didn't work from a list someone handed us, we built the lead universe ourselves. Pulling from more than 30 different sources, we found as many hotel decision-makers as possible and effectively scraped every reachable hotel in their target market across Spain. The goal was total coverage: if a hotel could plausibly be a partner, it was in the database.

2. Deep personalization by segment

A generic email to a hotel gets deleted.
